The upstairs Function Room has a raised stage suitable for a band, DJ or jukebox; a large dance floor; multi-disc CD player (iPod compatible); a large dining area; a lounge area and fully serviced bar.
Capacity: Up to 70 seated (up to 150 standing.
Food Choices: The Function Room offers a choice of either a sit-down set menu or platters depending on the style of your function. Menus and the platter selection with a brief description and prices is available under the 'Menus' tab. Your platter choice should be ordered and paid for no later than 7 days prior to date of function.
Room Hire: $300 - to be paid within 7 days of confirming your booking (N.B. This payment is non-refundable and serves to confirm and assure the date of your function). The room hire provides you with use of the room for the evening, fully serviced bar and cleaning of room afterwards.
** WHEN HIRING A PRIVATE FUNCTION ROOM FOR A SIT-DOWN MEAL
So that the evening runs smoothly for both your group and us, there are two ways in which you can assist in making the evening a success. The accuracy of the numbers you provide and the timeliness with which we can take your order are areas in which we need your cooperation.
- NUMBER OF GUESTS: The numbers you provide will determine our staffing levels, catering requirements and the number of other bookings we are able to accommodate on the night. You may amend the “number of guests” as many times as necessary until midday on the day of the booking, by which time final numbers will be required. The number of guests provided at this time, is the number your group will be billed for at the end of the evening. “No shows” will be charged at $20 per person.
- TIMELINESS OF ORDERING: So that our kitchen can produce meals in a timely manner, it is important your guests are seated and ready to order when requested by staff, usually no later than 30mins after your booking time.
